02 / 04The AI Pivot · Since 2022
AI as instrument, not curiosity.
In early 2022, when the first generation of large language models arrived, I brought AI into the daily craft. Not as a curiosity. As an instrument. Architecting at scales I had not reached before, in domains I had not operated in, with depth I could not produce alone in any reasonable time. I treated the frontier models as a council, forced to converge, judged against each other.
3Years Of Practice, 2022 Onward, To One ConclusionThree years of that and the conclusion was unavoidable: the right way to close the gap was to remove it. Deliver the work myself, with AI as the multiplier, applying to delivery the same controls I had spent two decades applying to architecture.

Five architectures. One person. One methodology.
In a single seven-month window: five sole-authored enterprise AI architectures across four critical sectors, where the traditional process delivers one. That methodology is what Operandus commercializes.

The founder runway is funded from personal savings. Building Operandus full-time, in-Kingdom, with the customers I have known for two decades.
